The Standards Act 1965—British Standards, Revisions, and Amendments Available for Comment

Pursuant to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the British standards, revisions, and amendments listed in the Schedule hereto are being considered for adoption as New Zealand standard specifications or for endorsement as being suitable for use in New Zealand. All persons who may be affected by them and who desire to comment thereon may, on application, obtain copies on loan from the Standards Association of New Zealand, Private Bag, Wellington 1.

Requests should specify that copies are required for comment purposes.

The closing date for the receipt of comment is 8 May 1970.

Maori Land Development Notice

Whereas by virtue of the notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto the lands described in those notices were declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellations of those lands have been changed by subsequent orders of the Maori Land Court; and whereas certain parcels of those lands have been released from the provisions of Part XXIV, aforesaid; and whereas it is desired that the balance of those lands (under their present appellations) shall remain subject to the provisions of the said Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton, 1970 No. 26.

2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked, being replaced to the extent necessary by notices issued contemporaneously with this notice, as set out in the Second Schedule hereto.
