Land Proclaimed as Road in Block VII, Kaipara Survey District, County of Waitemata

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Land Taken in Blocks IX and XIII, Patoka Survey District, Hawke's Bay County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto: and also hereby takes the land described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that the land described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so taken, vest in Wrekin Farms Ltd., a company having its registered office at Hastings, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 120453, Hawke's Bay Land Registry; and that the land described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so taken, be added to the adjoining land held for permanent State forest described in the Fourth Schedule hereto.
