Land Taken for the Ngauranga - Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of Wellington
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Ngauranga - Basin Reserve Motorway.
SCHEDULE WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT ALL that piece of land containing 0.7 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., and being part Lot 3, Deeds Plan 85, being part Section 619, Town of Wellington; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24030 (S.O. 27888) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Land Taken for a Teacher's Residence in the Borough of Arrowtown ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of April 1970.
SCHEDULE OTAGO LAND DISTRICT ALL those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Arrowtown, Otago R.D., described as follows: A. R. P. Being 0 0 2.8 Part Section 8, Block V, Town of Arrowtown; coloured yellow on plan. 0 0 35.4 Part Section 8, Block V, Town of Arrowtown; coloured yellow, edged yellow, on plan. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23564 (S.O. 16793) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.
