of all other powers enabling it on that behalf, doth hereby resolve, by special resolution intended to operate as a special order, to borrow the sum of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to be known as Regional Roading Loan No. 2, 1968, $600,000—First Issue, $300,000, for the purposes of and incidental to the acquisition of land for the protection of routes of future regional roads and regional motorways.
The foregoing special order was passed at a special meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority, convened for that purpose and held on 16 February 1970, and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said Authority, held on 16 March 1970, having meantime been advertised in the Auckland Star on 21 February and 7 March 1970.
The Common Seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was hereto affixed in the presence of the Chairman and Secretary:

SPECIAL ORDER
THE Auckland Regional Authority, in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, section 32; in pursuance of the authority conferred on it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956; and in exercise of all other powers enabling it on that behalf, doth hereby resolve, by special resolution intended to operate as a special order, to borrow the sum of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) as a special loan to be known as Rapid Transit Loan No. 1, 1969, $150,000, for the purposes of and incidental to the meeting of the costs of a detailed investigation of the proposed rapid transit system.
The foregoing special order was passed at a special meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority, convened for that purpose and held on 16 February 1970, and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said Authority, held on 16 March 1970, having meantime been advertised in the Auckland Star on 21 February and 7 March 1970.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o'clock of the day preceding publication.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription $10 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, $5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
The price of each regulation is printed thereon.
