Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the
19th day of March 1970 presented to the said Court by F & T
New Zealand Limited a duly incorporated company having its
registered office at 85 Customhouse Quay, Wellington AND that
the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court
sitting at Auckland on the 24th day of April 1970 at 10
o'clock in the forenoon; AND any creditor or contributory of
the said company desirous to support or oppose the making
of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of
hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a
copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to
any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a
copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

ESTATE OF LEONARD HENRY WHITTAKER
In the matter of the Administration Act 1952 and its amend-
ments, and in the matter of the estate of Leonard Henry
Whittaker, late of Palmerston North in New Zealand; formerly
commercial traveller, latterly battery remaker, but now
deceased, notice is hereby given that the Public Trustee of
No. 180/70
New Zealand, on the 24th day of March 1970, filed a certificate
in the Supreme Court at Palmerston North electing to
administer the above-mentioned estate under Part IV of the
Administration Act 1952; and that the said estate will, as from
the said date, be administered, realised, and distributed in
accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.
I do hereby give notice that a meeting of creditors of the
above estate was summoned to be held at the Public Trust
Office, Main Street, Palmerston North, on the 7th day of April
1970, at 11 a.m.
All creditors, whether they have already submitted their
claims or not, are required to prove their debts, within the
time and in the manner provided by the Bankruptcy Act 1908.
Proof of debt forms may be procured at my office.

RODNEY COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Counties Act 1956, and in the matter of
the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the
Rodney County Council proposes, under the provisions of the
above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work,
namely, the provision of a road, being portion of Wilson's
Road, at the new Hoteo River bridge, within the County of
Rodney; and, for the purposes of such public work, the lands
described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands
so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the
clerk to the said Council, situated in Baxter Street, Warkworth,
and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during
public office hours.
Any person affected must set forth, in writing, any objection
he wishes to make to the execution of the said public work
or to the taking of such lands, not being an objection to the
amount or payment of compensation, and send the same,
within 40 days from the 4th day of April 1970, being the day
of the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at
the County Office, Baxter Street, Warkworth.
If any objection is received a public hearing of the objection
will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each
objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council
proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction
of a public road, for which purpose the land described
in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the Council
under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.
A plan of the land required to be taken, as aforesaid, lies
open to public inspection at the office of the Council, in Bank
Street, Te Awamutu.
Every person affected is hereby called upon to set forth,
in writing, any objection he may wish to make to the execution
of such work or to the taking of such land, not being an
objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to
send such written objection to the Waipa County Council
