said land, his successors in title, tenants, agents, servants, workmen, and all other persons lawfully using the land, from time to time and at all times by day and by night, to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses and domestic animals of any kind, and with or without carriages, vehicles, motor vehicles (loaded or unloaded), machinery, and implements of any kind, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way; and that, a sufficient agreement to that effect also having been entered into, an easement for the transmission of electric power in gross is hereby taken for the purposes of an aerodrome over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen as from the date hereinafter mentioned the full, free, uninterrupted, and unrestricted right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity at all times to transmit electric power by wires and cables, either by poles or underground, over, along, or beneath the surface of the land described in the said Third Schedule hereto and, for that purpose, to enter at all times and from time to time to erect such poles as are deemed necessary, or to lay, construct, place, re-construct, inspect, repair, renew, and maintain such line or lines of wires or cables over, along, or beneath the surface of the land described in the said Third Schedule hereto: and also declares that this declaration shall take effect from and after the 13th day of April 1970.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above-mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Licensing Ralph William Chesham, Dairy Farmer, of Foxton, to Erect and Use Electric Lines
PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby licences Ralph William Chesham, dairy farmer, of Foxton subject to the following conditions, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.
CONDITIONS
-
This licence is subject to compliance with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and all regulations made in amendment of or in substitution for any of those regulations.

The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (d) and (e) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, and shall be an alternating current system.

The licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined, continue in force until the 31st day of March 1985 or until electricity is available from the Manawatu-Oroua Electric Power Board, whichever is the earlier.
SCHEDULE
ELECTRIC lines commencing from the Horowhenua Electric Power Board’s lines at a pole situated on the southern boundary of Section 4C 1 and proceeding in a north-easterly direction to a transformer situated in the same section; thence (1) in a north-easterly direction to a pole; thence (a) in a north-westerly direction to a cowshed situated in Section 4C 1;
(b) in an easterly direction to a house situated in Section 4B 2;
(2) in a south-westerly direction generally to a cowshed and a house situated in Section 4B 2.
All being situated in Block III, Mount Robinson Survey District, in the County of Manawatu; as shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 556 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.
