PURSUANT to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.


ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Te Akau North Pest Destruction District Abolition Order 1970.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1970.

  2. The Te Akau North Pest Destruction District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 14th day of November 1932*, is hereby abolished.

PURSUANT to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.


ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Te Akau North Pest Destruction District Vesting Order 1970.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1970.

  2. The real and personal property of the Te Akau North Pest Destruction Board, which was abolished on the 1st day of April 1970 by the Te Akau North Pest Destruction District Abolition Order 1970, is hereby vested in the Raglan County Pest Destruction Board.

Declaring Portion of Road in Block VIII, Rangaunu Survey District, Mangonui County, to be County Road

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that portion of road in the Mangonui County situated in Block VIII, Rangaunu Survey District, commencing at the northernmost corner of Section 43 of the aforesaid Block VIII; proceeding thence in a southerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 1 mile; and terminating at the peg at 203Β° 31β€² 196 links from I.S.I., S.O. Plan 46161.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24003 (S.O. 46161) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
