In the notice "Consenting to raising of loans by certain local authorities", Gazette, 5 March 1970, pp. 377–8, for "Mount Albert Borough Council: Aged Persons' Invercargill City Council" read "Mount Albert Borough Council: Aged Persons’ Investment Flats Loan 1969—$60,000".

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of April 1970.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 6.5 perches situated in Block VIII, Drury Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 38, Opaheke Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23841 (S.O. 46328) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of March 1970.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of April 1970.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 1 rood 7 perches situated in Block X, Piako Survey District, being part Lot 3, D.P. 24830; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23995 (S.O. 44925) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of March 1970.
