Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of
E. and F. Eason Ltd., notice is hereby given that, by duly
signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company,
on the 25th day of February 1970, the following extraordinary
resolution was passed by the company, namely:
“'That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities,
continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up; and
that the company be wound up voluntarily.'”

Notice of Voluntary Winding-up and of Appointment of
Liquidator
PURSUANT to section 269 of the Companies Act 1955, Greers
Consolidated Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its
registered office situated at 38-44 Douglas Street, Ponsonby,
Auckland, hereby gives notice that the following resolution
was passed as a special resolution on the 13th day of March
1970:
That the company be wound up voluntarily; and that
Geoffrey Francis Smith, of Auckland, company secretary, be
appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the
company.

NOTE—The above company was part of the Greers group of
companies, which was recently taken over by Deanes Industries
Ltd. Now that a complete reorganisation of the Greers group
of companies, completely integrating them into the Deanes
Industries group of companies, has been carried out, there
is no further need for a holding company in respect of the
Greers group of companies. Greers Industries Ltd. still con-
tinues to operate its business and to trade, and is in no way
affected by the voluntary liquidation of the above company.

the Caledonian Tile Co. Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), notice
is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Cale-
donian Tile Co. Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily,
does hereby fix the 7th day of April 1970 as the day on or
before which the creditors of the company are to prove their
debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to
priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be
excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the
debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the
distribution.
