Licensing Trustees of the Stewart Island Yacht Club to Occupy
a Site for a Boatshed in Halfmoon Bay, Stewart Island
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
and Fisheries hereby licenses and permits Robert Bailey,
Mervyn James King, and Dennis Michael McManaway,
acting as trustees for the Stewart Island Yacht Club for the
purposes of this licence (hereinafter called the licensees, which
term shall include their administrators, executors or assigns,
unless the context requires a different construction), to use
and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Halfmoon Bay,
Stewart Island, as shown on plan marked M.D. 2127 and
deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington,
for the purposes of maintaining thereon a boatshed, as shown
on the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the
licensees upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth
in the schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far
    as applicable, apply hereto.
  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day
    of March 1970.
  3. The annual sum payable by the licensees shall be 6 dollars
    ($6).

    Licensing Hector Ronald Shepherd to Occupy a Site for a
    Cottage, Fish Shop, Garage, and Boatshed in the Waikato
    River, Port Waikato
    Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
    hereby licenses and permits Hector Ronald Shepherd (herein-
    after called the licensee, which term shall include his
    administrators, successors, or assigns, unless the context requires
    a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the
    foreshore and bed of the Waikato River, Port Waikato, as
    shown on plan marked M.D. 9941 and deposited in the office
    of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of
    maintaining thereon a cottage, fish shop, garage, and boatshed,
    as shown on the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed
    by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions
    set forth in the Schedule hereto.
    SCHEDULE
    CONDITIONS
  4. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far
    as applicable, apply hereto.
  5. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of April 1970.
  6. The licensee is to comply with the bylaws of the Raglan County Council.
  7. The premium payable by the licensee shall be 10 dollars
    ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be
    20 dollars ($20).
