HELENSVILLE BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL

Pursuant to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers of
the Helensville Borough Council, taken on the 27th day of
February 1970, on the proposal of the above-named local
authority to raise a loan of $7,000, to be known as the Foot-
path Reconstruction Loan 1969, for the purpose of constructing
concrete footpaths resulted as follows:

INANGAHUA COUNTY COUNCIL

RESOLUTIONS MAKING SPECIAL RATES

At a special meeting of the Inangahua County Council, held
on the 3rd day of March 1970, the following resolutions were
made:

  1. That a special rate of 0.005c in the dollar, on the basis
    of the capital value, on all rateable property within the County
    of Inangahua be levied as security for the Reefton Water
    Supply Repayment Loan 1969, $13,700; such rate to be payable
    on the 1st day of April in each and every year for a period
    of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid.
  2. That a special rate of 0.0644c in the dollar, on the basis
    of the capital value, on all rateable property within the Reefton
    Township Special Rating Area be levied as security for the
    Reefton Water Supply Loan, $6,300; such rate to be payable
    on the 1st day of April in each and every year for a period
    of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 10c per line.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.

but may be obtained from the New Zealand Standards Association, Private Bag, Wellington C. 1.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing)
subscription $10 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
$5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and
1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
The price of each regulation is printed thereon.
