Licensing Otahuhu Borough Council to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp in the Tamaki River, at Otahuhu

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Otahuhu Borough Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Tamaki River, at Otahuhu, as shown on plan marked M.D. 13723 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp, as shown on the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of February 1970.

  3. The annual sum payable by the licensee shall be 2 dollars ($2).

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1970, No. 2.

  2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Member of House of Representatives Elected, Marlborough Electoral District

Pursuant to the Electoral Act 1956, I have received a return to the Writ issued by me on the 22nd day of January 1970 for the election of a Member of Parliament to serve in the House of Representatives for the Marlborough Electoral District, and by the endorsement on that Writ it appears that Ian James Brooks has been duly elected to serve as a Member for the said district.
