Road Closed and Vested as to Part and Incorporated as to Part in Renewable Lease in Blocks IV and V, Wakefield Survey District
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto; and declares that the road first and secondly described in the said Schedule, when so closed, shall vest in Frederick Thomas Drysdale Middleton and David Stuart Middleton, of Lowburn Ferry, sheep farmers, as tenants-in-common in equal shares, subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948, and subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 157874, Otago Land Registry; also hereby declares that the road thirdly and fourthly described in the said Schedule, when so closed, shall be incorporated in renewable lease No. R.L.F. 591, recorded in register book, Volume 377, folio 19, Otago Land Registry, and held by Francis Tillman Willson, of Lowburn, farmer.
