Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Ivan Arnold Van Asch, of Craggy Range, Havelock North, farmer; also proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Felix Patrick Anthony Campbell, of Havelock North, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 217380 and 176559, Hawke's Bay Land Registry; also proclaims that the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Derek William Van Asch, of Craggy Range, Havelock North, sheep farmer; also hereby takes the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that, when so taken, it shall vest in Ivan Arnold Van Asch, of Craggy Range, Havelock North, farmer; and also hereby takes the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that, when so taken, it shall vest in Felix Patrick Anthony Campbell, of Havelock North, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 217380 and 176559, Hawke's Bay Land Registry.
