NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the
26th day of November 1969, presented to the said court by
Caltex Oil (N.Z.) Limited a duly incorporated company having
its registered office at Wellington and carrying on business
there and elsewhere as suppliers of petroleum products. And
that the said petition is directed to be heard before the court
sitting at Hamilton on the 20th day of March 1970 at 10
o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of
the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of
an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing
in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the
petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor
or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on

NORTH AUCKLAND ELECTRIC POWER BOARD

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby
given that the North Auckland Electric Power Board proposes,
under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take
the land described in the Schedule hereto for the use of electric
works; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the
land so required to be taken is deposited at the branch office
of the North Auckland Electric Power Board, situated in
Walton Street, Whangarei, and is open for public inspection,
without fee, by all persons during ordinary business hours.
Any person affected by the execution of the said works, or the
taking of the said land should, if he has any objection to the
execution of the said works, or to the taking of the said land,
not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensa-
tion, send his written objection, within 40 days from the first
publication of this notice, to the North Auckland Electric
Power Board, addressed to the Secretary, at the Board's head
office, at Dargaville. And notice is further given that, if any
objection is made, as aforesaid, a public hearing will be held,
unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will
be advised of the time and place of that hearing.

SCHEDULE

THE land required to be taken is situated on Pukenui Road,
Ngunguru, and owned by Mrs Elphine Mabel Maingay,
Devonport, and comprises 1 rood 8 perches, being part
Tuateanui No. 1 Block, situated in Block IV, Whangarei S.D.,
and being part of the land contained in certificate of title
329/173. The land is more particularly delineated in S.O. Plan
46547, and thereon coloured yellow.

KAIKOHE BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

Notice is hereby given that the Kaikohe Borough Council
proposes, under the provisions of the Municipal Corporations
Act 1954 and the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain
public work, namely, the construction of a street off Mangaka-
hia Road; and, for the purposes of such public work, the land
described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And
notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so
required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the
Town Clerk to the said Council, situate in Memorial Avenue,
Kaikohe, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all
persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work
or by the taking of the land must state their objections, not
being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation,
and to send the written objection, within 40 days from the
first publication of the notice, to the Town Clerk at the
Council Chambers, Memorial Avenue, Kaikohe.

Should an objection be made, a public hearing will be held,
unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will
be advised of the time and date of the hearing.

given that the Henderson Borough Council proposes, under the
provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain
public work, viz., the widening of Great North Road, in the
Borough of Henderson; and, for the purposes of such public
work, the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required
to be taken.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands
so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the
Town Clerk to the said Council, situated in Thomas Street,
Henderson, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all
persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work
or by the taking of such lands, who have any well-grounded
objections to the execution of the said public work or to the
taking of the said lands, must state their objections, in writing,
and send the same, within 40 days of the first publication of
this notice, to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers,
Thomas Street.
