Declaring a Right of Way Easement over Land Taken for the Purposes of the Broadcasting Corporation Act 1961, in the Borough of Te Aroha

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right of way easement is hereby taken for the purposes of the Broadcasting Corporation Act 1961 over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in the New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation full and free right, liberty, and licence in perpetuity to lay, construct, reconstruct, inspect, repair, renew, and maintain the said right of way, together with the full, free, right, and liberty for the said New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation, its employees, contractors, workmen, tradesmen, servants, agents, visitors, and licensees, at all times, by day or by night, with or without vehicles, machines, tools, and equipment, to go, pass, and repass along, over, upon, and through the said right of way, from and after the 9th day of March 1970.
