Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for an Automatic Telephone Exchange in Block XV, Ikitara Survey District, Rangitikei County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Ronald James Campbell, of Marton, farmer, under and by virtue of renewable Crown lease, Volume 585, folio 290, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange from and after the 2nd day of March 1970.
