Declaring Land and an Interest in Land Taken for a Special School in the City of Invercargill

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto and the interest in the land first described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Katherine Rose Tipene under and by virtue of deferred payment licence D.P.U. 937, contained in certificate of title No. A. 2/653, Southland Land Registry; and the interest in the land secondly described in the said Second Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by Gordon McIntosh and Dorothy Jean McIntosh under and by virtue of deferred payment licence D.P.U. 940, contained in certificate of title No. B. 3/1244, Southland Land Registry, are hereby taken for a special school from and after the 2nd day of March 1970.

ALL that piece of land containing 14.5 perches situated in the City of Invercargill, Southland R.D., being part Lot 17, D.P. 2790, being part Section 25, Block XV, Invercargill Hundred; coloured blue on plan.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Invercargill, Southland R.D., described as follows:
