Every person affected is hereby called upon to set forth, in writing, any objection he may wish to make to the execution of the work or to the taking of the land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send the written objection, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Auckland Regional Authority, Regional House, 121 Hobson Street, Auckland.
If any objection is made, as aforesaid, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of hearing.

RAGLAN COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, public notice is hereby given that the Raglan County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the stopping of a road; and, for the purposes of that public work, the road described in the Schedule hereto is required to be stopped, and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the road required to be stopped is deposited at the offices of the Raglan County Council, Great South Road, Ngaruawahia, and is there open for inspection. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the stopping of the said road should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the stopping of the said road, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same, in writing, and send the written objection to the office of the Council not later than the 26th day of January 1970; and if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD AND TO STOP ROAD
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road; and, for the purposes of that public work, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is required to be taken and the portions of the road described in the Second Schedule hereto are required to be stopped. And notice is further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken and the portions of the road required to be stopped is deposited in the office of the Tauranga County Council, Barke's Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, and is there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work, by the taking of the said land, or by the stopping of the said portions of road should,
if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land or the stopping of the said portions of road, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same, in writing, and send the written objection, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Tauranga County Council, at Tauranga; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the Council meeting at which the hearing will be held.

WAIPAWA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Waipawa County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for roading purposes. And notice is hereby further given that a plan showing the land proposed to be taken is deposited in the main office of the clerk of the above-mentioned Council, situated at Waipawa, and is open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the taking of the said land who have any objection thereto (not being an objection as to the amount or payment of compensation) must state their objection, in writing, and lodge the same at the office of the County Clerk on or before the 23rd day of February 1970. If any such objection is made, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of a time and place of the hearing.

Fifthly, twenty-three perches (23P.), more or less, coloured orange on Survey Office Plan No. 6025, being part Block 39, Ruataniwha Crown Grant District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, A. 4/835 (Hawke’s Bay Registry); situated as aforesaid.
