IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, AND IN THE MATTER of K. G. McCAW LIMITED a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 17th day of December 1969 confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $20,000.00 to $1,250.00 and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the above-named company the several particulars required by the above-named Act was registered by the District Registrar of Companies at Christchurch on the 22nd day of December 1969. The said minute is in the words and figures as follows:

“By a special resolution of the company passed on the 15th day of December 1969 the capital of K. G. McCaw Limited is $1,250.00 divided into 1,250 fully paid ordinary shares of $1.00 each having been reduced from $20,000.00 divided into 20,000 fully paid ordinary shares of $1.00 each and which reduction was approved by the Supreme Court of New Zealand on the 17th day of December 1969”.

IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955 and IN THE MATTER of THE DUNEDIN ENGINEERING AND STEEL COMPANY LIMITED a company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office at Dunedin and carrying on business as general engineers and founders:

Notice of Registration of Order and Minute

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 12th day of December 1969 confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $750,000 to $300,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 17th day of December 1969. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

“That the capital of The Dunedin Engineering and Steel Company Limited is $300,000 divided into 300,000 fully paid ordinary shares of $1.00 each having been reduced from 750,000 ordinary shares of $1 each of which 300,000 were fully paid, such reduction having been effected by the cancellation of 450,000 of the above shares being the 450,000 shares by which the capital of the company was increased by resolution dated the 14th day of July 1969 in respect of which nothing has been paid.”

WHANGAROA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Counties Act 1956, and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Whangaroa County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the creation of a water supply catchment area; and, for the purposes of such public work, the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. The said lands are shown, coloured yellow, on a plan which is available for inspection by the public during office hours at the Whangaroa County Council Chambers, in Leigh Street, Kaeo, and which will be so available until and including the 2nd day of February 1970.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands, who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, must state their objections, in writing, and send the same, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers, Leigh Street, Kaeo.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land situated in Taraire Road, near Kaeo, being part of McGee’s Farm, containing 111 acres 3 roods, more or less, situated in Blocks IV, VII, and VIII of the Kaeo Survey District, being part of Allotments 2, 5, and 36 of the Kaeo Parish, and being part of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 595, folio 192, North Auckland Registry, and part of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 595, folio 282, North Auckland Registry, being the land coloured yellow on Survey Office Plan No. 46512.

BAY OF ISLANDS COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
——

IN the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Bay of Islands County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a road within the County of Bay of Islands; and, for the purpose of such public work, the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Bay of Islands County Council, situate on Main Road, Kawakawa, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands must state their objections, in writing, and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk, Bay of Islands County Council, Main Road, Kawakawa. If any objection is lodged a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of hearing.
