TAWA BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Sewerage and Water Reticulation Redemption Loan 1968—$25,500
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Tawa Borough Council has resolved as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $25,500 authorised to be raised by the Tawa Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity a portion of the Sewerage and Water Reticulation Redemption Loan 1953—$541,400 which matures on 21 February 1969, the said Tawa Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.035c in the dollar upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the whole of the Borough of Tawa; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 20 years or until the loan is fully paid off.

MOSGIEL BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Mosgiel Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $20,000, authorised to be raised by the Mosgiel Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Water Augmentation Loan 1955—$31,000 which matures on 25 March 1969, the said Mosgiel Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought eight cents (.08c) in the dollar ($) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Mosgiel; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of fifteen (15) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
The above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Mosgiel Borough Council held on the 4th day of February 1969.

AWATERE COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Awatere County Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $32,000 authorised to be raised by the Awatere County Council under the above-mentioned Act for reticulation of water to properties within the Dashwood Water Supply Special Rating Area, the said Awatere County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.911c in the dollar, on the basis of unimproved value, on the rateable value of all rateable property within the Dashwood Water Supply Special Rating Area, as is contained within the Awatere County; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of April and the 1st day of October in each and every year during currency of the loan, being a period of 35 years or until the loan is fully paid off.
