IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Westmere Homes Ltd. (in liquidation), take notice that a meeting of creditors in the above matter will be held at the offices of Messrs Gilfillan, Gentles, and Steen, Seventh Floor, New Zealand Insurance Building, Queen Street, Auckland, on the 28th day of February 1969, at 11 a.m.

Agenda:

1. To sanction the exercise by the liquidator of the company of the powers given by paragraph (e) subsection (1) section 240, Companies Act 1955, to a liquidator in a winding up by the Court.

2. To accede to an arrangement between the creditors to be put before the meeting by certain creditors of the company.
