ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the northern boundary of Whangaoa-Ngaiotonga 4F 2 with the sea coast in Block VIII, Russell Survey District, and proceeding southerly generally along the sea's coast, crossing the mouths of all harbours and inlets, to a point in Block 1, Mangawhai Survey District, in line with the north-western boundary of Allotment 309, Waipu Parish, at Bream Tail; thence westerly generally along a right line to and along that north-western boundary and its production across the Waipu-Mangawhai road to and along the generally southern side of that road to and southerly generally along the generally eastern boundary of Allotment 534, Waipu Parish (scenic reserve), to and again westerly along the northern boundaries of Allotments 336 and 337A, the northern end of a public road, a right line across a stream, to and along the northern boundary of Section 2, Block XI, Waipu Survey District, the north-western boundary of Allotment 337A, and the northern boundary of Allotment 541, all the aforesaid allotments being of Waipu Parish, along the northern boundary of Section 1, Block XI, Waipu Survey District, shown on S.O. Plan 12069, and along the north-western boundary of Section 5, shown on S.O. Plan 12069, to the northern side of the public road shown on that plan and along the production of the last-mentioned boundary across that road to and still westerly along the south-eastern side of that road forming the north-western boundaries of Sections 5, 4, part 3, 3n, and again part 3, the said sections being of Block X, Waipu Survey District, to the intersection of that roadside with the northern side of the public road forming the northern boundary of Section 2, Block X, aforesaid; thence along a right line across the last-mentioned road to the northernmost corner of the said Section 2 and westerly along the northern boundary of the said Section 2, shown on S.O. Plan 12069, to and down the middle of the Piroa Stream to and northerly generally down the middle of the Ahuroa River to a point in Block V, Waipu Survey District, in line with the eastern boundary of Allotment 137, Wairau Parish; thence along a right line to and along that boundary and the eastern boundary of Allotment 136 of the said parish and along the production of the last-mentioned boundary across a public road to and westerly along the northern side of that road forming the north-eastern boundary of the said Allotment 136 to a point in line with the north-western side of the public road forming the south-eastern boundaries of Allotments N.W. 126, S.E. 126, 125, and N.E. 124, Wairau Parish; thence south-westerly generally along a right line across a public road to and along the last-mentioned roadside to and along the south-western boundary of Allotment 124, the south-eastern boundaries of Allotments N.E. 120, S.W. 120, the south-eastern and southern boundaries of Allotment N.E. 118, the southern boundaries of Allotments S.W. 118 and N.E. 116, the southern and western boundaries of Allotments S.W. 116, all the said allotments being at Wairau Parish, and along the last-mentioned boundary produced to and along the south-western boundaries of Sections 4 and 3, Block IV, Waipu Survey District, to the westernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; thence north-westerly generally along a right line to the southernmost corner of Section 6, Block I, Waipu Survey District, and along the generally eastern side of the public road forming the eastern boundaries of Allotments 305, 306, and 307, Mareretu Parish, and Lot 2, D.P. 44682, to and along the southern, eastern, and northern boundaries of Section 7, Block I, Waipu Survey District, to a public road in Block XVI, Tangihua Survey
