PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with a right of way over part Lot 2, D.P. 6052, coloured blue on certificate of title, Volume 397, folio 176, Otago Land Registry, created by transfer 185245, Otago Land Registry, subject as to right of way over part coloured yellow on certificate of title, Volume 397, folio 176, Otago Land Registry, appurtenant to Lot 2, D.P. 6052, created by transfer 185245, Otago Land Registry, subject to a condition as to building line imposed by Order in Council No. 3646, land subject to a right of way appurtenant to part Section 12, Block 11, East Taieri Survey District (C.T. 258/13), created by transfer 287032, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for a secondary school from and after the 24th day of February 1969.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby amends the Declaration dated the 4th day of June 1968, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 27 June 1968, No. 41, p. 10818, taking Land for buildings of the General Government in the City of Upper Hutt, by deleting therefrom all reference to certificate of title, Volume 752, folio 2, Wellington Land Registry, and substituting therefor reference to certificate of title, Volume 758, folio 2, Wellington Land Registry.
