Declaring Land Taken, Subject to a Building-line Condition, for Maori Housing Purposes in the Borough of Wairoa

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to a building-line condition in Special Order No. 221010, for Maori housing purposes, from and after the 24th day of February 1969.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the Declaration dated the 9th day of September 1968 and published in Gazette, 10 October 1968, No. 62, at page 1764, taking additional land for a university and a teachers’ training college in the City of Hamilton, and hereby declares that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a university and a teachers’ training college from and after the 24th day of February 1969.
