RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

"THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Milton Borough Council hereby resolves that, for the purposes of repayment on maturity of the Sewerage No. 1 Redemption Loan 1969-$14,000 and interest thereon the Council appropriates and pledges a special annually recurring rate of decimal two (.2) cents in the dollar ($) upon the rateable value (on the basis of unimproved value) of all property in the Borough of Milton, comprising the whole of the Borough of Milton."

PAPARUA COUNTY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Paparua County Council hereby resolved as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges of a loan of $8,500 authorised to be raised by the Paparua County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing staff housing, the said Paparua County Council makes a special rate of 0.000839c in the dollar upon the rateable value of all the rateable property within the Paparua County; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 20 years or until the loan is fully paid off."

ESTATE OF JOHN BOYLE HONEY

IN the matter of the Administration Act 1952 and its amendments, and in the matter of the estate of John Boyle Honey, formerly of Whataroa but late of Ross, contractor, but now deceased:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of New Zealand, on the 4th day of December 1969, filed a certificate in the Supreme Court at Greymouth, electing to administer the abovenamed estate under Part IV of the Administration Act 1952, and that the said estate will, as from the said date, be administered, realised, and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.

I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the above estate to be held at the Public Trust Office, Hokitika, on the 16th day of December 1969, at 10.30 a.m.

All creditors, whether they have already submitted their names or not, are required to prove their debts within the time and in the manner provided by the Bankruptcy Act 1908. Proof of debt forms may be procured at my office.

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 54 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, that the Supreme Court at Christchurch this day approved the following scheme:

A scheme submitted by the Commercial Travellers' and Warehousemen's Blind Services Trust Fund Board (Incorporated) as trustees for a trust fund created by the will of Ruby Mary Nelson, late of Christchurch, spinster, deceased.
