northern and eastern boundaries of Allotment 6, the eastern
boundary of Allotment 5, the north-eastern boundary of
Allotment 4, the north-western and north-eastern boundaries
of Allotment 1, all the aforesaid allotments being of Kawakawa
Parish, the northern boundary of Section 6, Block XII,
Kawakawa Survey District, and the north-western boundary of
Allotment 183, Kawakawa Parish, and continuing along a series
of right lines parallel to and 50 links distant from the western
side of the public road forming the north-eastern boundary of
the said Allotment 183 to a point in line with the northern
boundary of Allotment 182; thence to and along that northern
boundary and the eastern boundary of that allotment, the
northern boundary of Allotment 147, the northern and eastern
boundaries of Allotment 148, all the aforesaid allotments being
of Kawakawa Parish, and along the production of the last-
mentioned boundary across the Newmarket-Opua Railway to
the middle of the Kawakawa River; thence down the middle of
that river to the point of commencement; but excluding there-
from the Town District of Kawakawa as hereinbefore described.

BOUNDARIES OF TOWAI RIDING OF COUNTY OF BAY OF ISLANDS

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of
Islands County, bounded by a line commencing at the southern-
most corner of Section 5, Block XV, Russell Survey District,
and proceeding southerly and westerly generally along the Bay
of Islands County boundary, as hereinbefore described, to Trig.
Station Takorokoro in Block XV, Motatau Survey District;
thence northerly generally along the western boundaries of
Maromaku Block, Motatau 2 Section 59D, crossing and recross-
ing a public road, the eastern boundary of Motatau 1D 1 and
that boundary produced to and down the middle of the Otai
Stream to and north-easterly generally along the south-eastern
boundary of the Kawakawa Riding, as hereinbefore described,
to the northern end of the public road forming the north-
western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 50023, in Block XIV,
Russell Survey District; thence along the northern end of that
road and along the generally north-eastern boundary of the
last-mentioned lot and the north-eastern boundaries of Section
12, Block XIV, Russell Survey District, and Section 4, Block
XV, Russell Survey District, and the northern boundary of
Taumatahinau Block to the point of commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF MATARAUA RIDING OF COUNTY OF BAY OF ISLANDS

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of
Islands County, bounded by a line commencing at the south-
western corner of Section 8, Block X, Omapere Survey District,
and proceeding easterly and northerly along the southern and
eastern boundaries of the said section to and north-easterly
along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 16 and 1, Block
X, aforesaid, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to
and up the middle of the Waihoanga Stream to a point in line
with the north-western boundary of Taumataroa Block in
Block XI, Omapere Survey District; thence north-easterly along
a right line to and along the said north-western boundary,
crossing the intervening public road, to the western side of the
Kaikohe Branch Railway; thence southerly generally along that
western side to and south-easterly along the south-western
boundary of the Borough of Kaikohe, hereinbefore described,
to and again southerly along the western side of the aforesaid
railway to and down the middle of the Totara Stream to a
point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Kohewhata 65A
in Block III, Punakitere Survey District; thence north-westerly
along a right line to and along the said north-eastern boundary
to and south-westerly generally along the eastern and southern
boundaries of Rangihamama H. 1, shown on M.L. Plan 10454,
and crossing the intervening roadway to and along the generally
southern boundaries of Rangihamama H. 2B, H. 2A, and G. 2
to and along the south-western boundary of Tuhuna 39 to and
along the north-western and south-western boundaries of
Tuhuna 38A and that boundary produced to and southerly
generally down the middle of the Ohuka Stream and up the
middle of the Mangakohara Stream to and along the south-
western boundaries of Otuhi 1B 1A and 1B 2, crossing an inter-
vening public road, and the last-mentioned boundary produced
to the middle of the Waiotuhi Stream; thence down the middle
of that stream to a point in line with the south-western
boundary of Otuhi 1B 4B 2B; thence along a right line to and
along the said south-western boundary and the south-western
boundary of Otuhi 1B 4B 1, crossing another intervening public
road, to and along the western and southern sides of the
Kaikohe Branch Railway to and still southerly generally along
the middle of the Kaikohe-Maungatapere Road to and along
the eastern boundary of a Maori reserve in Block IV, Tutamoe
Survey District, to the intersection with the southern boundary
of the Bay of Islands County; thence westerly and northerly
generally along that county boundary, hereinbefore described,
to the point of commencement.
