Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

———

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and, further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Whakatane County Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other recreation reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for recreation purposes.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WHAKATANE COUNTY
Lot 14, D.P. 34608, being part Allotment 119, Maitata Parish, situated in Block X, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District: area, 1 rood, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 6A, folio 1450.

The Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 4, 1969

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 4, 1969.

  2. It is hereby declared, as required by the National Roads Board, that the State highway set out in the Schedule hereto shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule.

  3. So much of the Warrant dated the 8th day of June 1965† as relates to the classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

PURSUANT to section 85 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Taranaki Motion Picture Projectionists Industrial Union of Workers, Registered No. 1449, situated at 27 Dartmoor Avenue, New Plymouth, will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled on the expiration of 6 weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.
