Declaring a Public Reserve, Vested in the Wanganui Hospital Board, to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 69 (4) of the Hospitals Act 1957, the Minister of Health hereby declares that that part of the public hospital reserve described in the Schedule hereto is no longer required for hospital purposes and shall vest in the Crown, as Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—OHAKUNE BOROUGH

ALL that area containing 16 acres and 14 perches, more or less, being Section 73, Ohakune Village (public hospital reserve), situated in Block V, Karioi Survey District, and being the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 243, folio 139, Wellington Registry.

As shown on the plan marked 92/10 deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Health at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. 16617).
