to be a conciliation commissioner under and for the purposes of the said Act, appointment to date from the 1st day of October 1969.

Waikohu County Council Appointed to Manage Rakauroa Cemetery

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

PURSUANT to section 23 of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint the Waikohu County Council to have the control and management of the Rakauroa Cemetery, being the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto, as from the 31st day of December 1969.

SCHEDULE

RAKAUROA CEMETERY

ALL that piece of land in the Gisborne Land District containing 9 acres 1 rood 36 perches, more or less, being Section 16 and part Section 1A, Block III, Ngatapa Survey District (S.O. Plan 1902).

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 3rd day of December 1969.
