Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 6th day of February 1969, presented to the said Court by R. T. SCOTT LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Blenheim. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Nelson on the 21st day of February 1969 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

TAUMARUNUI BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR STREET

Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes, under the provisions of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the taking of land for use, convenience, or enjoyment of road in the Borough of Taumarunui. And notice is hereby given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situated in Huia Street, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land, who have any objections to the said public work or to the taking of such land, must state their objections, in writing, and send the same, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk, Council Chambers, Huia Street.

HAWKE’S BAY COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

Notice is hereby given that the Hawke’s Bay County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, to set aside certain land in the county for a rubbish tip; and, for the purposes of or in connection with such public work, the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Hawke’s Bay County Council, situate in Browning Street, Napier, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land should, if they have any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same, in writing, and send the written objection, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the said County Council at its office, aforesaid; and if any objection is made, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
