WHEREAS by Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 14, certain notices under Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 are revoked:

Now, therefore, in partial replacement of such notices the Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to Section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 15.
2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the lands referred to in that notice were declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas certain of those lands have since been released from the provisions of Part XXIV, aforesaid; and whereas the appellations of certain of the lands have been changed by a subsequent order of the Maori Land Court; and whereas it is considered necessary that the balance of such land (under the present appellation) shall remain subject to the provisions of the said Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, the Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to the provisions of section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 9.
2. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
3. This notice is issued in replacement of the notice referred to in the First Schedule, which is hereby revoked.

WHEREAS by virtue of the notices described in the First Schedule hereto the land described in those notices was declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas certain of those lands have since been released from the provisions of Part XXIV, aforesaid; and whereas the areas of certain of those lands have been changed by survey; and whereas it is considered necessary that the balance of such lands under their present appellations shall remain subject to the provisions of the said Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953:

Now, therefore, the Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 14.
2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked, being replaced to the extent necessary by notices issued contemporaneously with this notice, as set out in the Second Schedule hereto.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the land referred to in that notice is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and whereas it is desired to release certain of that land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV, now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:
