Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves and Appointment of the Minister of the Crown for the Time Being Having the Administration of the Forests Act 1949 to Control and Manage a Reserve and Declaration That the Said Reserve Shall be Subject to the Provisions of the Said Act

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation over the lands described in the First Schedule hereto as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands and, further, appoints the Minister of the Crown for the time being having the administration of the Forests Act 1949 to control and manage the reserve for recreation purposes described in the Second Schedule hereto; and further, declares that the said reserve shall be subject to the provisions of the Forests Act 1949.

Reserve 2941, situated in Block VI, Grey Survey District: area, 10 acres, more or less (S.O. 3238L) (Recreation reserve).

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Ohakune Borough Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Ohakune, and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve as a site for a rubbish depot described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Tauranga City Council on the 23rd day of September 1968:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Tauranga City Council hereby resolves that those pieces of land held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said city, in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be, a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act".

The Road Classification (Eltham County) Notice 1969

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Eltham County) Notice 1969.

2. The Eltham County Council’s proposed classification of the roads, as set out in the Schedule hereto, is hereby approved.

3. So much of the warrant dated the 31st day of October 1950 as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
