Amending Order in Council Granting Control of Foreshore and Waters to Thames County Council

THE RIGHT HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council made on 6 October 1965* granting control of the foreshore and waters of Tairua Harbour to Thames County Council by adding the following sentence to the First and Second Schedules to the said order:
"The land below mean high-water mark, being part of the balance of the land in certificate of title, Volume 90, folio 278, South Auckland Registry, more particularly shown on Land Transfer Plan S. 12903 and previously shown on Survey Office Plan 44599, is excluded from the foregoing description."
