PURSUANT to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Sounds Pest Destruction District Order 1969.
   (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

2. The boundaries of the Sounds Pest Destruction District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 19th day of October 1955*, are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
