Declaring Road in Block XI, Rangaunu Survey District, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 21st day of January 1969

THE RIGHT HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
(a) declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be Government road, and
(b) stops the said road.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of road situated in Block XI, Rangaunu Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 0 9.7 Part Lot 1, Deeds Plan 84, being part Old Land Claim 31.
0 0 1.7 Part Lot 1, Deeds Plan 84, being part Old Land Claim 31, and Section 14, Block XI, Rangaunu Survey District.

0 1 39.3 Section 13 and part Section 3, Block XI, Rangaunu Survey District.

that piece of road containing 17.6 perches situated in Block XVI, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., adjoining or passing through part Rural Sections 274 and 329 and Christchurch-Lyttelton Motorway; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22812 (S.O. 11092) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

As the same are more particularly described on the plans marked and coloured as above-mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

THE RIGHT HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the street described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin, and be under the control and management of the Dunedin City Council.
