Revoking as to Part a Proclamation Taking Land and an Easement of Right of Way over Land for Post Office Purposes (Western Bay of Plenty V.H.F. Station) in Block III, Te Tumu Survey District, Tauranga County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 11th day of July 1967, and published in the Gazette, No. 50, of the 17th day of August 1967, at page 1368, taking land and an easement of right of way over land for post office purposes (Western Bay of Plenty V.H.F. station), in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—ROTORUA CONSERVANCY
ROTORUA COUNTY
Sections 27, 28, and 29, Block VII, Sections 19 and 20, Block XI, and Section 29, Block XV, all situated in Paeroa Survey District; area, 9 acres 1 rood 1.71 perches, more or less. (S.O. Plan 38972).
As shown on plan N. 85/1 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of February 1969.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 19th day of March 1964, and published in Gazette, 16 April 1964, No. 23, p. 663, taking land for the Christchurch-Lyttelton Motorway (tunnel route) in the City of Christchurch and Block XVI, Christchurch Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
