A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of February 1969.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation, dated the 20th day of November 1967 and published in Gazette, 1 February 1968, Vol. I, p. 120, taking land for the Rotorua-Tarukenga Motorway, in so far as it affects the area of land containing 1 rood 12.9 perches thirdly described in the Schedule thereto as part Lot 2, D.P. S. 1156.
