CORRIGENDUM
In the Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1968, No. 8, appearing on page 2252, of New Zealand Gazette, No. 80, dated 5 December 1968, in the second item in the Schedule for: “Waimamaku B 21” read “Waimamaku B 2I”.
Dated at Wellington this 7th day of February 1969.

CORRIGENDUM
In the Order in Council dated the 18th day of November 1968, and published in Gazette, 12 December 1968, No. 82, p. 2286, consenting to stopping road in Block X, Patetere North Survey District, Matamata County, delete the area of land thirdly described in the Schedule thereto, as such area was not included in the Order in Council signed by His Excellency the Governor-General.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of February 1969.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land described as follows:

Being:
0 0 7.5 Part Section 7A, Tautari Settlement; coloured sepia on plan.
Situated in Block XII, Maungatautari Survey District.

Being:
0 0 0.1 Part Section 10A, Tautari Settlement; coloured blue on plan.
Situated in Block XVI, Maungatautari Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22869 (S.O. 44379) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of January 1969.
