NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF CAPITAL
IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955 and IN THE MATTER of PERHAM LARSEN AND COMPANY LIMITED a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Northern District, Auckland Registry, dated the 21st day of November 1969 confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from $100,000 to $60,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act was registered with the Registrar of Companies at Wellington on the 27th day of November 1969.
The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“The capital of Perham Larsen and Company Limited henceforth is $60,000 divided into 50,000 shares of $1.20 each instead of $100,000 divided into 50,000 shares of $2 each. At the date of registration of this minute the full sum of $1.20 has been and is deemed to be paid up on the aforementioned 50,000 shares.”

HAMILTON CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR STREET
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, public notice is hereby given that the Hamilton City Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the formation of a public street; for which purpose the lands described in the Schedule hereto require to be taken under the provisions of sections 22 and 23 of the Public Works Act 1928.
A plan of the lands required to be taken as aforesaid is open for inspection at the office of the Hamilton City Council, Worley Street, Hamilton.
Every person affected who wishes to object to the execution of the works or to the taking of such lands shall, in writing, set forth such objection (not being an objection to the amount of, or payment of, compensation) and shall send such written objection to the Town Clerk, Hamilton City Council, Box 937, Hamilton, within 40 days from the date of first publication of this notice. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of such objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires; and at such hearing the objector may appear before the Council and support the objection by such evidence as he may think fit. Every objector will be notified of the time and place of such hearing.

All that piece of land situated in the City of Hamilton, containing 2 roods 24 perches (more or less), being part of Lot 29 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as No. 15639, being part of Allotment 365 of the Parish of Te Rapa, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 1076, folio 120, South Auckland Registry; subject to agreement as to fencing in transfer No. 168470. The said piece of land is shown, coloured blue, on a plan designated PJ 3-007, lodged at the office of the Council, and is situated approximately 2½ chains south of the southern side of Killarney Road, at the intersection of Killarney Road and Greenwood Street.

All that piece of land situated in the City of Hamilton, containing 1 acre 3 roods 21 perches (more or less), being part of Lot 1 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as No. 8103, being part of Allotment 365 of the Parish of Te Rapa, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 415 folio 292, South Auckland Registry. The said piece of land is shown, coloured yellow, on the aforesaid plan, and is a strip of land running in a northerly direction from the northern side of Duke Street to the northern boundary of the said Lot 1.

THAMES VALLEY ELECTRIC POWER BOARD
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ELECTRIC WORKS
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Thames Valley Electric Power Board (hereinafter called the Board) proposes, under the provisions of the Electric Power Boards Act 1925 and the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a substation site and the erection thereon of a transformer station; for which purpose the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken under the provisions of the said Acts.
A copy of the plan of the lands required to be so taken is deposited in the public office of the Board, at Bridge Street, Tokoroa, and is there open to public inspection, without fee, during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands, who may wish to make any objection thereto (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation), must state their objections, in writing, and send the same to the Board, at the head office of the Board, at the corner of Lipsey Street and Lawrence Avenue, Te Aroha, within forty (40) days of the 3rd day of December 1969, being the day of the first publication of this notice.
If any objection is made to the execution of the said public works or the taking of such lands, as aforesaid, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and the place of the hearing.

All the above are situated off the service lane running parallel to Rosebery Street and lying between Bridge and Swanston Streets, in the commercial area of Tokoroa, being part Tokoroa No. 1 Block, in the Matamata County, South Auckland Land Registration District; as the same are more particularly described on Survey Plan No. 1; deposited in the office of the Board at Te Aroha, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD AND TO STOP ROAD
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road; and, for the purposes of that public work, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is required to be taken and the portions of the road described in the Second Schedule hereto are required to be stopped. And notice is further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken and the portions of the road required to be stopped is deposited in the office of the Tauranga County Council, Barke's Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, and is there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work, by the taking of the said land or the stopping of the said portions of road should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land or the stopping of the said portions of road, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same, in writing, and send the written objection, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Tauranga County Council, at Tauranga, and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the Council meeting at which the hearing will be held.
