Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid out in Block XI, Nukumaru Survey District, Waitotara County, to be Road

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 29th day of November 1913, to be road.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Nukumaru Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

1 0 0 Roadway through Kai-iwi 5B 1; marked A-B on plan.

3 1 29.7 Roadway through Kai-iwi 5B 2A, 5B 2B 1, 5B 2B 2, and 5B 2C; marked B-C on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23705 (M.L. 2698) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured burnt sienna.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of November 1969.

Allocating Land Acquired for Railway Purposes at Tinwald to the Purposes of Street

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street; and that the said street shall be under the control of the Ashburton Borough Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SECTION 69, Block XV, Houhora Survey District: area, 2 roods 39.1 perches, more or less. (S.O. Plan 41557.)
