IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, AND IN THE MATTER
of AVIATION TRAINING LIMITED:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the
7th day of November 1969 presented to the said Court by BP
(NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED a duly incorporated company having
its registered office at Wellington, there and elsewhere carrying
on business as wholesalers of petroleum products. And that
the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court
sitting at Auckland on the 19th day of December 1969 at 10
o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of
the said company desirous to support or oppose the making
of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of
hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a
copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to
any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a
copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

must be sent by post in sufficient time to reach the above-
named petitioner's address for service not later than 4 o'clock
in the afternoon of the 18th day of December 1969.

COUNTY OF WAITEMATA
PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A RECREATION
RESERVE
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waitemata County Council
proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928
and amendments, and the Counties Act 1956 and amendments,
to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision and
development of a recreation reserve on the properties of Adam
Sunde and Anton Sunde and of A. and A. Sunde Ltd. situated
in Henderson Valley Road; and, for the purposes of such
public work, the lands in the Schedule hereto are required to
be taken.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands
so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the
clerk of the said Council, situated in the Council Chambers,
68–70 Greys Avenue, Auckland, and is available for inspection
(without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours.
Every person affected by the proposal, who wishes to make
any objection, shall set forth, in writing, any objection he may
wish to make to the execution of the works or to the taking of
the land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of
compensation, and shall send such written objections, within
forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the
County Clerk at the Council Chambers, 68–70 Greys Avenue,
Auckland. A public hearing of such objection will be held,
unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will
be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

An estate in fee simple in all the land situated in the County
of Waitemata containing, firstly, 9 acres 2 roods 32 perches,
being Lot 2, D.P. 35704, and being all the land in certificate of
title, Volume 919, folio 3, and being the property of Adam
Sunde and Anton Sunde; and, secondly, 10 acres 3 roods, being
Lot 3, D.P. 8632, and being all the land of certificate of title,
Volume 266, folio 92, and being the property of A. and A.
Sunde Ltd.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions
of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work,
namely, the construction of a road; and, for the purpose of that
public work, the land described in the Schedule hereto is
required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that
the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the
office of the Tauranga County Council, Barke's Corner,
Cameron Road, Tauranga, and is there open for inspection;
that all persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or the taking of the said land should, if they have any
objections to the execution of the said public work or the
taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or
payment of compensation, set forth the same, in writing, and
send the written objection, within 40 days of the first publication
of this notice, to the Tauranga County Council at
Tauranga; and that, if any objection is made in accordance
with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held,
unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will

which the hearing will be held.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, public notice is
hereby given that the Waikato County Council proposes, under
the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road
the portions of land described in the Schedule hereto. A plan
of the portions of land proposed to be taken is open for public
inspection at the office of the Waikato County Council, Grey
Street, Hamilton East, during 40 days from the first publication
of this notice. All persons objecting to the proposal must lodge
their objections, in writing, at the office of the Council on or
before the 26th day of December 1969.

stopped.
