Cancelling Maori Reservation
WHEREAS by Order in Council of 10 February 1954, published in Gazette, 25 February 1954, No. 13, p. 286, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto was set apart as a Maori reservation for the common use of the Ngatihine tribe residing at Waiomio, as a burial ground:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 439 (5) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, such reservation is hereby cancelled.

Cancelling Maori Reservation
WHEREAS by Order in Council, 11 January 1957, published in the Gazette, 17 January 1957, No. 2, p. 46, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto was set apart for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngatiwai tribe as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a recreation ground.
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 439 (5) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, such reservation is hereby cancelled.
