Notice of General Meeting
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Hellermann (New Zealand) Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at 162–164 Tuam Street, Christchurch, on Tuesday, the 2nd day of December 1969, at 10.15 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF CAPITAL
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of THE NGAIOS FARM LIMITED, a private company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1955 and having its registered office at High Street, Marton.
NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 10th day of October 1969 confirming the reduction of the share capital of the above-named company from $17,000 to $1,700 and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 3rd day of November 1969.
The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“The capital of The Ngaios Farm Limited is $1,700.00 divided into 17,000 shares of 10 cents each fully paid having been reduced from $17,000.00 divided into 17,000 shares of $1.00 each fully paid.”

NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF CAPITAL
PURSUANT to section 74 (4) of the Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 3rd day of October 1969 confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from $8,000 to $4,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the District Registrar of Companies at Wellington on the 5th day of November 1969.
The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“The capital of the company is reduced from $8000 to $4000 by payment to the holders of shares numbered 2801 to 5600 and 6801 to 8000, $4000. The remaining capital is divided into 4000 $1.00 shares fully paid.”

Price of counsel on behalf of the applicants and Mr W. D. Baragwanath of counsel on behalf of the Solicitor-General and Registrar of Companies consenting hereto the Honourable Mr Justice Woodhouse hereby orders that F. & I. ENGEL LIMITED be restored to the Register of Companies AND hereby further orders that the said company and all other persons shall be placed in the same position as if the said company had not been removed from the Register of Companies AND hereby further orders that notice of this order shall be published in the Gazette AND hereby further orders that the applicant company pay to the Crown the sum of $15.00 for its costs of and incidental to the said notice of motion and this order.

NOTICE is hereby given that the New Zealand Insurance Company Limited, as Trustee of the Rose Hellaby Medical Scholarship Trust (hereinafter referred to as “the Trustee”) has filed in the Supreme Court at Auckland a motion for an Order approving a scheme for the future administration and application of property held by it under deeds of trust dated the 8th day of September 1959, 27th day of June 1969, and 15th day of July 1969 in connection with the said Rose Hellaby Medical Scholarship Trust. The scheme relates to assets in a trust fund.
