Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also declares that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and also declares that the land first described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when taken, vest in Alfred Russell Parsons and Alvera June Johnston, of Ruatoria, as tenants-in-common in equal shares, and the land secondly described in the said Second Schedule hereto shall, when taken, vest in Catherine Jane Neenan, of Gisborne, married woman, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 87253, Gisborne Land Registry.
