Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block IX, Tarras Survey District, and Previous Notice Revoked

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 10th day of September 1969, published in Gazette, 2 October 1969, No. 60, p. 1894, setting apart Crown land for road in Block IX, Tarras Survey District; and, pursuant to section 25 of the said Act, hereby declares the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road from and after the 17th day of November 1969.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood 39.5 perches situated in Block IX, Tarras Survey District, Otago R.D., being part Section 5.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21425 (S.O. 13549) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
