RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Waterworks Redemption Loan 1969, $42,000
THE Gore Borough Council, at its meeting held on 20 October 1969, passed the following resolution:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $42,000 authorised to be raised by the Gore Borough Council under the Local Authorities Loans Act, the said Gore Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought seven three five one cents (.07351c) in the dollar ($1) upon the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property of the Borough of Gore; and the said special rate shall be the annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable on the 1st day of April and the 1st day of October in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 13 years.”

THE Gore Borough Council, at its meeting held on 20 October 1969, passed the following resolution:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $59,500 authorised to be raised by the Gore Borough Council under the Local Authorities Loans Act, the said Gore Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought eight two nought three cents (.08203c) in the dollar ($1) upon the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property of the Borough of Gore; and the said special rate shall be the annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable on the 1st day of May and the 1st day of November in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 20 years.”

The price of each Gazette varies and is printed thereon.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 10c per line.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.

NEW ZEALAND STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS
These are not now available from Government Bookshops but may be obtained from the New Zealand Standards Association, Private Bag, Wellington C. 1.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription $10 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, $5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
