NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF CAPITAL
IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, AND IN THE MATTER of KIRK HOLDINGS LIMITED:
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 16th day of October 1969 confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from $60,000 to $30,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the District Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 22nd day of October 1969.
The said minute is in the words and figures following
"The capital of KIRK HOLDINGS LIMITED is $30,000 divided into 30,000 fully paid ordinary shares of $1.00 each, having been reduced from $60,000 divided into 60,000 ordinary shares of $1.00 each."

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court, was, on the 10th day of October 1969, presented to the said Court by JACKSON AND RUDDLESDEN LIMITED a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 16 Seaview Road, Paraparaumu Beach. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 5th day of November 1969, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

WHANGAREI CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT 1928
NOTICE is hereby given that the Whangarei City Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute certain public work, namely, the construction of a bridge and approaches thereto over the Waiarohia Stream; and, for this purpose, the said Whangarei City Council proposes to take, under the provisions of the said Public Works Act 1928, the land described in the Schedule hereto for street. Notice is further given that plans of the land so required to be taken are deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situated in Bank Street, Whangarei, and are there available for public inspection, without fee, by all persons during office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said work or by the taking of such land, who have any
objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, must state their objections, in writing, and send the same, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk, at the Council Chambers, Municipal Building, Bank Street, Whangarei.

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, the Public Works Act 1928, the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, the National Roads Act 1953, and the Finance Act (No. 3) 1944, notice is hereby given that the Auckland Regional Authority, a body corporate constituted under the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of the Auckland South-eastern Motorway, authorised by an Order in Council published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 80, of 7 December 1967, starting on the northern side of the Beach Road, Stanley Street intersection, in the City of Auckland, and then following the route described in the said Order in Council and terminating at the Gloucester Park interchange with State Highway No. 20, in the Borough of Onehunga.
The land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for the purpose of such public work; and every person affected is hereby called upon to set forth, in writing, any objection he may wish to make to the execution of the works or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send the written objection, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Auckland Regional Authority, Regional House, 121 Hobson Street, Auckland 1.
If any objection is made, as aforesaid, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of hearing.

ALL that piece of land situated at the corner of Panama Road and Mount Wellington Highway, in the Borough of Mount Wellington, containing one acre three roods thirty-nine decimal nine perches (1A. 3R. 39.9P.), more or less, being Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 on Deposited Plan 10490, part of Hamlin's Grant, and being the whole of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 318, folio 302 (North Auckland Registry).
