Declaring Land Taken, Subject to a Fencing Agreement, for Post Office Purposes (Post Office and Residence) in the City of Hamilton

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing agreement contained in transfer 307516, South Auckland Land Registry, for post office purposes (post office and residence) from and after the 3rd day of November 1969.
