Land Taken for the Disposal of Refuse and Rubbish in Block VII, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the disposal of refuse and rubbish, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Napier as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1969.

Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of Street at Papatoetoe

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street; and that the said street shall be under the control of the Papatoetoe City Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 13th day of October 1969

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that portion of road situated in Block I, Muriwhenua Survey District, commencing at the westernmost corner of Section 7 of the aforesaid Block I, proceeding thence in a generally south-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 35 chains, and terminating some 30 links west of I.B. XXI, S.O. Plan 46078.
